Case Studies

Every piece of land holds a different story. These case studies capture the journey, from degraded soil to thriving systems, from uncertainty to legacy-building confidence.

Finca Pastoreo

Dorado, Puerto Rico
Challenge

On-island beef production remains constrained by limited access to high-quality beef genetics, reducing herd performance and slowing expansion. This keeps local supply chains dependent on imported beef, exposes communities to price and logistics shocks, and limits the ability to build a resilient, self-reliant food system.

Solution

By tokenising real-world assets and digitising individual cattle, the programme creates new financial opportunities for farm while ensuring the regeneratively grazed herd are verified, traceable, and valued properly in the market.

Impact

200 cows and surrogates have been identified, and the first cohort of “digital cows” has been selected, marking a strong launch and setting the programme up for rapid, credible scale.

Allred Ranch

Provo, Utah
Challenge

A degraded mountain range with severe erosion risk, compounded by a lack of trees and diminished wildlife, requiring a fully integrated system design to stabilise soils, restore vegetative cover, manage water flow, and rebuild long-term ecological and productive resilience.

Solution

We designed a holistic, integrated system that addresses hydrology first, then reintroduces enterprise through a cattle weaner-to-finish model, alongside active habitat restoration, including the reintroduction of wildlife and beaver. The approach is aligned with NRCS grant pathways and incorporates renewable energy systems to support long-term resilience, with a future-facing option to develop an eco-retreat.

Impact

The design has been approved, the economics have been validated, and the first phase of implementation is now underway.

Royal Family Farms

Royal, Washington
Challenge

A conventional corn-and-grain pasture system is being transitioned into an integrated crop–livestock rotation. The challenge is to convert soils conditioned by conventional management into a grazing-ready platform by using nurse cattle to rebuild soil health, then shift the land into a potato rotation and return it immediately to grazing after harvest. This requires proving, through measurable soil health outcomes, that improved biology can reduce or eliminate fungicide spraying, and that post-harvest nutrient cycling is sufficient to rapidly re-establish pasture growth through livestock integration.

Solution

Polycrop seed has been sown, and we designed and implemented a suitable blend alongside a purpose-built livestock water system. We trained the cattle to electric fencing to enable multiple pasture moves per day, are rolling out hay bales seeded for establishment, and will introduce cattle in spring.

Impact

The programme will target cattle carrying costs of roughly $1.50, reduce potato harvest costs through integrated grazing, and drive a projected 0.5–1.0% year-over-year increase in soil organic matter. AS well as otehr co-benefits

WheelWright

Massachusetts, United States
Challenge

A homestead set out to build a regenerative, revenue-generating model centred on eco-education and a pesticide-free seed business, but needed an integrated plan to establish credible production systems, prove quality and consistency, and develop a clear pathway to market.

Solution

Designed an off-contour food forest and permaculture ecosystem integrating animal husbandry, greenhouse production, and an on-site education facility.

Impact

The design has proven successful and implementation is underway. Season one is in the books, the homestead business is thriving, and the entire model is now tied into the Grow Blockchain.

Moxee, Washington, USA
Challenge

Resource-intensive dairy operation with poor waste cycling and community pushback.Installed integrated waste-to-compost loop, silvopasture buffer zones, and transparent community reporting through the Grow platform.

Solution

Installed integrated waste-to-compost loop, silvopasture buffer zones, and transparent community reporting through the Grow platform.

Impact

Community engagement improved, nitrogen runoff reduced by 32%, and new local compost line launched.

Bark and Berry Farm

Southwestern, Ontario
Challenge

Seasonal production risks and limited market access for regenerative berries.

Solution

Introduced multi-enterprise development: agroforestry, mushroom understory, on-site fermentation lab, and NFT-linked CSA program.

Impact

3x profit margin on premium produce, new customer community built, and blockchain-traced harvest batches sold direct-to-consumer.

Voices from the Land

Hear directly from farmers, partners, and stewards who’ve walked this path with us.

As a sustainable development leader working across jurisdictions and sectors, I rely deeply on Neil and Kohima's expertise, integrity, and ability to deliver with precision and care. Their genuine, deeply knowledgeable approach has been foundational to advancing the regenerative agriculture agenda and scaling advanced land use technologies. Our collaboration with Kohima at Amwell Street - particularly in developing new investment models tailored to the pan-African context - is critical to unlocking the systemic benefits for both human and planetary health that come from restoring robust soil content.
